Assembly Method
Our panels are installed with the necessary infrastructure provided according to the project. Installation is possible on both exterior and interior walls using profile support, screwing and/or gluing. For
the direct wall gluing system, it is sufficient for the wall to be plastered. Please contact us for technical information.
Our W-Wall natural concrete cladding panels are manufactured by our company, BETONAX. Type NT, reinforcement fibre randomly distributed in particle form, category A, large size, length and width tolerance level 1, class 2, apparent density min. 1g/cm3, these are ready-made panels with a natural concrete appearance, used for interior and exterior wall and ceiling cladding.Due to their light weight, they do not add load to the building and are particularly preferred for exterior walls, applied using adhesive and/or screw methods.
Our W-Wall panels are mass-produced in sizes of 0.60×0.60 cm, 0.60×1.20 cm, and 1.20×2.40 cm, as listed on our website and in our catalogue. In addition, they can be produced in custom sizes, colours, patterns, and textures according to architectural project requirements.
Our concrete panels, which have a natural concrete appearance, are certified to meet European standards (CE certification).
